Bio: Jada A. Tabor is a Manager who works within Blue Cross NC’s Enterprise Business Process
Solutions (EBPS)/Project Management Office (PMO) Organization. Her newly formed
Governance and Methodology Team strives to bring consistency to the Requirements
Management Practice (RMP) based on industry standards, help mature the Business Analysis
Practice and to provide education to stakeholders and delivery partners on the role and
responsibilities of a RMP Business Analyst (BA).
Jada believes that by promoting continuous improvement in the practice of enterprise business
analysis, fostering collaborative relationships, utilizing industry standards and best practices,
the realization of strategic business objectives is enabled.
Jada has over fifteen years of direct experience serving as a liaison between Operations and
Information Systems (IS) as an Analyst, System Support Services Team Leader and Manager. Her
teams consisted of Subject Matter Experts, Business/Systems Analysts, Developers and
Application Experts.  She continues to lead cross functional teams that are dedicated to solving
large, complex and/or ambiguous business problems, while driving continuous process
improvement and best practice development.

Jada is a 2017 45 under 45 Alumni Award Honoree and was recognized earlier this year as a
"TrailBlazeHER", a recognition program to call out Blue Cross NC women (and men) who blaze
their own trail towards excellence in growing new ideas, finding new ways of collaborating, and
helping others be their best.
Jada holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Augustine’s University, a Masters of
Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Information Science (MIS) from North Carolina
Central University as well as a Certificate in Advanced Business Analysis from the University of
Colorado Denver.
In her spare time, Jada enjoys spending time with her Wife, Dwan, and is anxiously awaiting the
arrival of her children (twins) due to arrive in November 2018.
