Dynamic! Intentional! and Driven by purpose! These are just a few words that describe  Maxine Pearl Phillips McKoy, CEO of GAMMS Unlimited, LLC and Founder of LEVELLES®, a GAMMS Unlimited Life and Career Coaching division. Maxine Pearl Phillips McKoy's three-plus decades of human resources experience and continuous success at everything she does make her known as The  LEVELLESS Woman, a Master Transformation Strategist, and an author.
After 25-plus years inside the corporate world, an unexpected crossroad shifted her to guiding executives in leveraging their God-given gifts and learned strengths as a competitive advantage.  Specializing in middle managers and C-Level leaders, she carefully evaluates professionals'  innate abilities and then assists in designing career and life strategies that bring clarity. In this way, they continue to reach the pinnacle of success –on their terms. Her clients have done a 180  degree career change, resulting in job satisfaction, career growth, increased confidence,  contentment, more money, and even better family life. Her propensity for employee performance, talent retention, and pay equity led her to found  LEVELLESS®, a GAMMS Unlimited company, in November 2020 during the pandemic. Here, she focuses on business strategies and educates women and men to maximize their lives by knowing their worth and being paid accordingly; advocating for themselves, and succeeding on  their own terms, creating their tables rather than waiting to be invited to the table, and paying-it forward through people, especially her women inspiring women community. She is the author of Transformation Write + Share + Live journal and guidebook that encourages her clients and  others to write their journey as they transform into who God created them to be.
Maxine pursued and became a certified Master Tailor before becoming the first of 12 siblings in  her family to finish college with business administration degrees with minors in Human Resources. She is a Certified Business Coach, Certified Behavior-based Interviewer  (DDI), and Certified Performance & 360 (SHL), and member of International Coach Federation  (ICF) and Society Human Resource Management (SHRM).
