Presentation Title: Strategies for Leadership at Any level
Speaker Name: Delia Hayden
No matter their role, title, or seniority, strong leaders position themselves as credible allies, clear communicators, and they leverage social and emotional intelligence to drive change and get things done. In this session, we will discuss how to influence business outcomes, inspire action, and take the lead at any level of leadership. We will highlight practical tools to address relevant challenges and provide ways to negotiate interpersonal hurdles. Together we will explore mindset shifts that encourage greater ownership and empowering leadership behaviors that naturally boost authority and influence. You will leave the session with applicable strategies suited for individual contributors, aspiring managers, and experienced leaders alike. Amid such heightened uncertainty, it’s an opportune time to enhance leadership capacity, solidify confidence, up-level perspective, and broaden our reach. Why not step forward, courageously lead by example, and create ‘the change we wish to see’ from exactly where you are now?
