May Chapter Meeting - Wed 5/23/2018 @ 5:30pm

Wednesday, May 23, 2018 -
5:30pm to 7:00pm

Speaker: Camille Spruill

Topic:  Agile Role in Scrum and SAFe Explained

Abstract:

Your company decides to transition to Agile, now what? Where do you fit? What do you do?
Scrum and SAFe do not have the role of a middle manager, business analyst or project manager spelled out, however there is a place for everyone who embraces the change.
Are you a natural lean agile leader, a product owner or scum master?   In this session you will learn about industry trends and career paths in agile.  You will learn how to map your skills to the roles in Scrum and SAFe.
You will be taken on a journey to understand the roles in Scrum and the Scaled Agile Framework and what it means for you, when your organization decides to transition.
