Presentation Abstract: In this interactive presentation we will explore the topic of who owns requirements and business design understanding when practicing Business Analysis. We will discuss and practice several techniques for improving communication, which could immediately impact your day-to-day project work.  While we will focus on techniques like active listening, stakeholders engagement, just-good-enough documentation, prototyping, spikes, validation/acceptance criteria, and more, please come prepared to share your own tips and techniques or to suggest additional “ad-hoc” topics for an interesting and interactive session. Razvan Radulian has been practicing business analysis and architecture for more than 20 years. In this long professional journey, he collaborated with many partners/organizations to experiment better ways to do business analysis. While still an independent consultant, in the last several years, he has been focusing primarily on sharing his acquired knowledge and expertise through coaching and training.
