Speaker: Jason Breault
Topic: Agile Beyond Software
Abstract: Agile is a management methodology which has its roots in software. For years software teams have embraced these principals to deliver better software, increase the speed of delivery, and better serve their customers. Now, entire companies are talking about going Agile. Professional Services Spaces are the fastest growing business demographic that are driving Agile and the need for employee connectivity. But what are the challenges they will face? How can they properly organize and implement Agile into a very fast and often loosely structured organization? What does this mean for Business Analysts and Project Managers? Jason will discuss these questions and more as well as the synergy between Agile practitioners and professional services companies that have recently embraced Agile, and how it has opened up business to rapid growth and transparency.
