Speaker Bios:

Peter Lutz
Peter is a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in waterfall and agile software delivery models. He earned the CSPO certification while working at Starr Companies where he was a member of a Scrum team delivering value to underwriting stakeholders in NY. Peter has been active in the Business Analysis community for several years including serving on the Garden State Chapter Board of Directors. Peter is also active in other professional organizations including Atlanta Software and Systems Process Improvement Network (SPIN) and the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP). Peter enjoys reading thrillers/mysteries, travel, dining and rescuing Golden Retrievers.

Shari Hall
Shari began her IT career as an EDI analyst working for a large contract manufacturer. Later, she started with a software company and was a business analyst fifteen years.  Her responsibilities as a BA included eliciting requirements, writing conceptual designs and user stories, strategy planning, and solution evaluation.  Even though Shari planned to move into a Product Owner role, she decided to pivot and made a career change!  In early 2022 Shari started with Southern Company: Southern Nuclear as an Application Analyst.  Shari, a CPOA, has been an active member of IIBA  for 4 years.  She is a leader of the Birmingham Chapter as a board member.  And has currently served as VP of Professional
Development for the past two years.
