Communicate in a Way You Can Be Heard. Communication is more than what we say—it is what others actually hear, understand, and act on. For business analysts and professionals working across stakeholders, teams, products, and changing priorities, the ability to communicate clearly can directly affect influence, collaboration, and career growth. In a workplace increasingly shaped by AI and rapid change, technical knowledge alone is not always enough to help your ideas stand out or ensure your contributions are recognized.

Communicate in a Way You Can Be Heard

In this interactive session, Kristin Frade explores the communication blind spots that can keep messages from landing as intended. Participants will look at how perception, assumptions, and different communication styles shape the way people receive information—and how greater awareness can help them communicate with more clarity and impact.

Whether participants are working to strengthen stakeholder relationships, influence without formal authority, stand out professionally, or navigate their next career opportunity, they will leave with practical ways to communicate their ideas and value so they can be better heard.

Participants will leave with:

  • Greater awareness of the communication gaps that can cause messages to be missed or misunderstood
  • Practical strategies for adapting communication to different people and situations
  • Ways to communicate ideas, expertise, and personal value with greater clarity and confidence
  • A stronger understanding of how strategic communication can support influence, relationships, and professional growth

The presentation is designed for approximately 45–50 minutes, followed by Q&A.

Chapter Engagement starts at 6:30PM ET. The Presentation starts at 7:00PM ET.
