Hello IIBA Raleigh RTP Community,
After six incredible years on our Board of Directors—four as VP of Membership and the last two as President—the time has come for me to step back at the end of 2026 and welcome the next generation of leaders.
In serving this chapter, I am deeply grateful for the growth, challenges, and unforgettable experiences. This community has been a powerful beacon for BAs to elevate their careers, and on a personal note, your welcoming support provided a steady anchor for me during recent times of uncertainty.
I am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together: from successful BABOK Study groups, memorable Conferences, and steadying our membership, to pioneering virtual spaces during the pandemic and mentoring so many of our peers into new jobs and leadership roles.
While I am stepping down as President, I'm not going far! In 2027, I look forward to supporting our new president's vision from a background role as a Program Advisor / Past President.
This transition marks not an ending, but an evolution. I step forward with the same dedication to data‑driven change, collaborative innovation, and meaningful impact—bringing the lessons of leadership into the next horizon of my career.
