Abstract: Agile Mindset and Agile Culture: The word Agile literally means ‘able to move quickly and easily’. Due to its inherent nature, it is easy to have our own definition of Agile. Several distinguished authors on Agile Mindset have defined it in their own unique way explaining it. So is the definition of the word culture. In 1952 there were 164 definitions of culture according to renowned anthropologist Kroeber and Kluckhohn. Imagine how many definitions we can have in this global information age. In this highly interactive session we all will have common understanding of What Agile mindset and Culture is and when we share these ideas with others, they will call us Agile Expert.

Bio: 

Gowri is Agile Transformation Lead.  He has been in the IT industry for over 20 years helping organizations adapt and change to meet the demands and needs of the market. He has worked to help organizations in multi-vendor, distributed, and shared resources environment in order to deliver the value.
