Presentation Title: Lean Principles Applied to a Business Analyst Activity
Speaker Name: Pamela Thomas
Presentation Abstract:
I tend to land in organizations that want to change their methodology. My latest journey is no exception. This presentation highlights my experience as a new BA in an existing organization. And (in hindsight) how I saw Lean principles applied.
● Map the Value Stream
● Create the Flow
● Establish Pull
● Continuous Improvement
The BA activity was eliciting an as-is process for an existing customer and providing input to product managers. Classic, right?
