Course Overview

Advanced Topics in Business Analysis goes beyond the usual Business Analysis course content to examine both traditional topics at a deeper level and concepts that are important but less often discussed. The material is presented through the dual lens that 1) projects are investments and 2) BAs play a key role in defining and fulfilling those investments. Significant focus is placed on what BAs can do to optimize post-project value. The BA role in both waterfall and agile projects is discussed. Topics include:
