Topic: Defining Valuable Measurements for Your Organization
Abstract: Gantt charts, status reports, burn-downs … We are all familiar with these common metrics in organizations. In a world of project deadlines, tight budgets, and high demands it is easy to get stuck in a rut measuring the same things in the same ways. This session will challenge attendees to rethink their metrics, and why we measure at all. We will discuss methods for determining which factors provide the most informational value to your organization and dispel the notion of “immeasurable intangibles.”
