Topic 1 : BBC 2017 In a Nutshell
Speaker: Rajani Day
Abstract: As a relatively new BA and first timer at the IIBA sponsored Building Business Capability Conference, this session will cover my 2017 conference experience and key takeaways.
Bio: Rajani Day is a Senior HR Business Analyst supporting the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill HR Information Management team. Rajani focuses on security design and implementing new PeopleSoft functionality to the 50,000+ user population.
Prior to her role as a Business Analyst, Rajani worked for 10 years on multiple federal software implementation projects in Washington, DC as a PeopleSoft functional analyst and technical developer. Rajani holds a MS in Management Information Technology from The University of Virginia and BBA in Business Administration from The George Washington University. She is also a Certified Business Analyst Professional through the IIBA organization.

Topic 3 : IIBA RTP Marketing and Communication committee
Speaker: Seema Manchikalapati
Abstract: A sneak peek in the workings of RTP Chapter’s Marketing and Communication committee. Learn the role the Marketing committee plays in the successful running of the chapter.
Bio: Seema Manchikalapati is a certified Project Manager and Business Analyst. She works as a Business Systems Analyst at BCBSNC. She brings over 13 years of work experience in IT business analysis field ranging from Insurance industry to retail industry.
Seema serves as VP, Marketing on the IIBA RTP Chapter and is an active volunteer in the Raleigh PMP chapter as well. Seema also facilitates study group sessions for CBAP certification.
